Safety should always be a top concern in the kitchen. Making safety a priority in one of the most trafficked rooms in your home is good for you, your family and guests. Keeping a First Aid kit handy is never a bad idea. This way if anything does happen, you will be ready to respond immediately. The worst part about kitchen mishaps is that they happen quickly and easily cause panic. The more you are able to minimize the chance of being unprepared, the better off you will be.
To complete the look of your new sink, you will need to install a faucet that compliments it. If you are planning on a sink mounted faucet, be sure your new sink has the appropriate amount of mounting holes to fit the hardware. If you do not want to install a new faucet directly on your countertop, a wall mounted faucet could give your kitchen a new look and save space. Make sure you have the appropriate plumbing needed before installation.
