To adjust the land properly, the designer creates a grading plan to show how the topography will change to accommodate the building design. In other words, the contours are redrawn to remove soil, cut existing contour, or add soil, fill existing contour.
Stock house plans are the most common blueprint package on the plan selling market. Also referred to as designer house plans, they generally carry enough information to be considered a permit ready set. In addition to the normal things included in the home builder plan set, more construction details are added.
